How To Turn Your Content Into Leads

Why is it so important to create compelling content?

Your content needs to be designed to inspire someone to take a next step towards you.

Compelling content is used to qualify the right people and show them they’re in the right place – that if they have this problem, this is the solution you provide. 

When you know how to turn your knowledge into compelling messages that the right people just can’t ignore…

…it’s impossible not to get leads consistently into your business.

The good news is, good content creation is a learned skill that anyone can develop.

If you don’t do this, you’ll be stuck and not growing.

If you get your content right, your list and group can grow daily.

When you develop the skill, you’ll be able to get clients whenever you need them. 

How To Turn Your Content Into Leads 

1. Sneak into your ideal client’s mind

Before you start writing, imagine you are your ideal client. Sneak into their mind and hang out there to understand them.

Let your audience guide your writing. Listen to their questions and answer them in your content.

The best clients don’t hire you because of what you do, but because of how much you understand them, help them to think, and help them to take action. 


2. Focus on the 4 driving forces 

1. Current frustrations
2. Future fears
3. Current desires
4. Future dreams


3. Ask the 5 Crucial Questions

  1. What are their 4 driving forces?
  2. What action do you want them to take?
  3. Why would they care?
  4. Why should they believe you?
  5. Why might they resist?


4. Be upfront about your credibility

What do I do better than other people in my space?

Don’t assume people know. Make sure you tell them.


5. Sell the dream

Include what you help them gain / increase & eliminate / reduce.

Remember – you really help your clients do things like…

  • Save time
  • Make more money
  • Become happier
  • Become more productive
  • Become healthier
  • Feel less stressed
  • Become more creative
  • Find their dream job or partner
  • Become more confident

In your content highlight the problems, hassle, pain, and mistakes your methods help people avoid…

AND show how you make their life better, easier, safer, more fun and get want they want.

The 4 questions that must be clearly answered:

1. The WHO – Who is the specific person your offer is for?

2. The WHEN – What is the period of time of delivery?

3. The HOW – What is the primary delivery method?

4. The WHAT – What is included?

1. The WHO

Choose ONE type of person that your offer is for based on an urgent problem they have that you can solve and their desired outcome.

The goal is to create ONE main solution for them – an offer that solves one MAIN problem – not many little things. If you try to solve too many small problems, people can get confused and overwhelmed & don’t buy.

What tangible results can you offer this one person? What can you help them avoid, become, or create? 

2. The WHEN

Over what period of time do you want to deliver your offer? 

e.g. 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, 12 months?

Come at this in a client-centric way and choose the timeframe based on:

• How long the result will take to be achieved

• What people are most likely to purchase

• What makes sense based on our validation

3. The HOW

What delivery method will you use? One of the below, or a combination?

1. One-to-one

e.g. Private Coaching or Consulting sessions

2. One-to-many

e.g. Group Coaching package 

Masterminds / VIP weekends / 1-day workshops

3. None-to-many

e.g. Online course or Information Product

4. The WHAT

Here are the 7 essential elements of an irrefusable offer…

1. Promise

What is the clear outcome that you’re promising?

2. Irresistible Inclusions

What is included? I recommend as a minimum for an irrefusable offer:

  1. Coaching
  2. Curriculum
  3. Community

3. Juicy Bonuses

What are some juicy bonuses you can include?

4. Great Guarantee 

What’s your risk-reversal strategy?

5. Scarcity

How many spots are available at any one time?

6. Urgency

Why must they act now?

7. The Right Price

How To Create Belief-Shifting Content​

Ever wonder why people don’t take action on your emails or posts?

There’s a revolutionary strategy that will change that.

Sharing b​elief-shifting content.

In my latest video in my Facebook group (Ute please link it), I shared my 5-Step Belief-Shifting Framework which is a simple, but incredibly powerful tool you can use to shift beliefs in your content. ​

This framework will become one of your key go-to resources when you need to create highly influential messages in any form.

You can use it to…

⭐ Craft content for social media, sales pages, email sequences, blogs, and more…​

⭐ Plug into your video and workshop scripts and know exactly how to guide people to the belief that what you offer is exactly what they need…​

⭐ Create the most compelling content so much faster by knowing exactly how to make your message land!​

If people need what you offer, there’s only one reason they’re not responding to your content or reaching out to work with you.​​

Because they don’t yet believe they can get the result that you offer. ​

If they DO believe that what you offer will get them the result you’re promising, they’re MUCH more likely to buy.​​

This is why, if we want more clients, we need to shift beliefs using our content.​​

When it comes to creating content, there’s nothing more powerful than sitting down with a clear outline of what you want to say…​

Saying it…​

That’s why we use frameworks. ​

And that’s why in this video, I share a simple yet POWERFUL framework you can use to shift beliefs in your content. ​

Here are the highlights of what I shared:

There are 3 high-level steps to creating belief-shifting content:

Step 1.  Identify Their Current Beliefs

Write down – what are some beliefs your ideal clients might have about…

1. Themselves – e.g. “It won’t work for me because…”

2. You or others – e.g. “It’s easy for you/others because…”

3. Your opportunity – e.g. “Your opportunity won’t work because…”

3. Your industry – e.g. “I don’t trust your industry/people like you because…”

Then we can use our content to shift these beliefs.

I’ll give you some examples:

  • It won’t work for me because I’m an introvert. I suck at tech. I have too much going on in my life etc.
  • It’s easy for you/others because you have a uni degree. You’re single. You’re not looking after other people. You’re good at marketing. You’re confident. You’re an extrovert etc.
  • Your opportunity won’t work because it’s in a group and I can only get results 1-on-1. I’m already in 4 other programs. I don’t have time to watch the videos etc.
  • I don’t trust your industry/people like you because I got burned, because everyone I’ve spoken to in your industry is dodgy or pushy etc.


Step 2. Identify Their Desired Beliefs

Now write down what you want them to believe instead.

Here are some examples:

  • I’m a credible AUTHORITY and I know what I’m doing
  • This is worth your TIME because of the result you’ll get
  • I can offer a DESIRED OUTCOME
  • My offer is proven and BELIEVABLE – it offers incredible VALUE
  • You can take action RISK-FREE
  • This is simple and anyone can do it


Step 3 – Incorporate The 5-Step Belief-Shifting Framework


1. Problem  

Speak to your ideal clients’ urgent problems. Get their attention by talking about a very specific problem they have.

Share about a specific problem using a scenario and/or symptom of the problem.


2. Consequence

Briefly describe some of the consequences of not solving the problem and why it’s important to solve it now.

How will it affect them if things stay the way they are?

How will staying the same cost them – time, money, health, energy etc?


3. Cause

Share why what they’re currently doing to solve their problem isn’t working and share your insights on what you have discovered that DOES work, based on your expertise.


4. Solution

Share the high-level solution to the problem based on your expertise, without going into too many details of the ‘how’ – that’s what they need to pay for.

The specific ‘how-to’ is what they need to work with you to get.

Ideally show how this differs from conventional wisdom (or opposite to), or what they’ve been doing.


5. Action

Let them know this is a small part of a bigger whole. If they want the whole system, they need to take the next action.

The action is where you invite them to take the next step with you. For example:

* Downloading a free resource

* Registering for a free event

* Booking for a free strategy session

This belief-shifting framework is part of the Compelling Content Module from my ‘Client Attraction Roadmap’ that I teach my clients to get fully booked with clients and reach $10k or more every month.

How To Create A Winning Business Quarter

Happy Quarter 2! ?

How was Quarter 1 for you?

It may have been a quarter of incredible focus and intention for you……or it may have flown by in the blink of an eye and you’re feeling like “Where the heck did the quarter just go?!”

Regardless of where you sit in the spectrum, I want to share a powerful process with you called ‘The Quarterly Compass’.

It’s a simple and fun process to celebrate the wins and learnings, look at what’s not working so well, and decide on 3 projects for the coming quarter.

It will help you reflect, reboot, and refocus on what matters to you most, and plan an epic quarter ahead!

What not working or feels out of alignment that you want to change?

What difference will it make to your business to change it?

What have you learned?


The Reframe Method

Now imagine carrying the problems you wrote down into the next quarter…

Why is that a problem? (repeat 5x). If you answer this 5x, you’ll get leverage and get to the truth.

Then do some speech self-coaching magic asking these questions:

In order to feel overwhelmed or stressed, what must you be believing?

In order to feel calm and in control, what must you believe instead?

Based on all of that, what actions will you choose instead?

When you answer these questions, you realise what you want to leave behind in the last quarter and what you want to carry into the next quarter.

Create your own statement to reframe any situations that were frustrating and your response to get back into your power.

The Reframe Statement:

Even though (circumstances)

I choose (response)


3. The Feel-Good Future

There are 5 questions I recommend you answer in the planning section of the Quarterly Compass:

Vision | What do you want for the year ahead?

Focus | What do you want for the quarter ahead?

Money | How much money do you want to earn this quarter?

Meaning | Why is your work important? Who does it affect? Why does it matter?

Projects | What are your 3 Big Quarterly Projects?

How I Got Invited To Speak At 6 Events In 17 Days

If you want to grow your audience, get more leads, and increase your following, one of the fastest ways is presenting.

Speaking to other people’s audiences is one of the BEST ways to become more seen and heard online, position yourself higher in your follower’s minds, and have an opportunity to share your message with a new audience.

?   How I got invited to speak at 6 events in 17 days

?   5 reasons why presenting and speaking at other people’s events is a great way to grow your business

?   How to be consistently invited to speak on other people’s platforms (offline and online)



Here are the highlights of what I shared:

In order to get invited to speak, there are a few obstacles that most of us need to overcome, most of them internal. And in order to overcome those obstacles, we need to have a strong why.

So tap into your why now, and ask yourself – why would you want to be invited to speak at someone’s event? Why would that be helpful for you? How would that help you grow your business?

I’ve discovered that presenting is an incredibly powerful way to…

  1. Build trust with new people in a personal way
  2. Increase your positioning & credibility as an authority
  3. Help more people at once to leverage your time, help more people and attract leads
  4. Share with new audiences what you do
  5. Open doors of opportunity to speak in more communities

I would suggest that you write down where you want to speak.

What kind of summits and groups would you like to speak in? If you write it down, it’s more likely to happen.

There’s so much happening online and people need good quality content with great speakers.

So let’s dive into the 5 things I recommend if you want to be an invited guest speaker.

1.  Position Yourself as a Community Leader

The way that you position yourself determines how other people position you in the mind.

Ask yourself – how are you showing up in your communities? Do people see you as a leader? Or are you more of the one in the background?

How likely people are to notice you and spot your talent?

If you want to be known as a leader in your area of expertise or a thought leader, it’s important to position yourself as one. Give value wherever you go so people can get to know you, like you and trust you.

Show up with energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to give and share.


2.  Invest in Paid Communities

People’s commitment levels are typically higher in paid communities tare willing to invest in their business with their money.

I’m in 5 paid communities and it’s made such a difference in positioning and meeting people who are serious about their business.

It takes courage to take your time and hard-earned money and risk it on investing money in your business. But it shows that you’re backing yourself and believing in yourself. And it’s worth it.

You’ll meet people that are


3. Over-deliver and add value wherever you go

great work, over-deliver, and go over and above for your clients and community.

Go into every interaction with the intention to give. This is the best way to build your reputation.

If you can do quality AND quantity – do both. But if you can only do one, choose quality.

Creating great work requires spaciousness – thinking and creativity time.

One of the ladies who invited me to speak at her summit came to one of my workshops and she messaged me and said You’re exactly what I want for the summit. I didn’t actually fit the criteria. But she said that’s ok, I know you’re going to provide value because I got so much value added to your free masterclass.

When you are constantly asking yourself “How can I make this better? How can I keep reaching for a standard of excellence? Not perfection, high value – people notice and they will usually refer you to more people.


4.  Run your own events

One of the best ways to get invited to speak by FAR is by running your own events.

When you’re willing to put yourself on a platform, others get to see you ‘perform’ consistently and are more willing to invite you onto their stage.

This doesn’t have to be a big flashy event – you can start with a simple 1-hour zoom event that you invite your friends to, and improve each time you do it.

If you haven’t run an event, it’s time to eliminate your excuses. The more you delay doing it, the harder it becomes. If you decide to do it, you are in the game.

You can’t improve something that doesn’t exist. Everything becomes easier the more you do it.


5.  Build an entrepreneurial mindset

Having an entrepreneurial mindset is about looking at the things that challenge you. Facing them, and not running away from them.

It’s about asking for what you want. Communicating your value. Showing up even when you don’t feel like it.

In business, there are two distinct paths.

One path is the path of least resistance, where you keep doing the easy things – you consume, you learn, you go to free events, but you don’t step out into the scary, challenging zone.

The second path is where you decide to do the hard things. It’s the scarier path, but it’s worth it.

NO ONE can do it for you. It’s a decision we each have to personally make.

Things begin to change when you make the decision to go all-in and decide to show up consistently. You go from being invisible to being invincible.
