Goodbye 2023! Hello, 2024!
The expectation and hope of a new year is an exciting feeling and a beautiful chance to reflect, reset, and recharge.
Every year, before we turn the page and start a new chapter in the new year, I find it helpful to do an end-of-year review.
A review can help you to look at your actions and results over the past 12 months and ask yourself, “How well did my habits and choices help me live the life I want to live?”
It’s powerful to reflect on the past year to learn from the lessons and challenges before looking ahead and can help us when we’re planning our new year.
And it’s an enjoyable process to celebrate!
I go through my calendar and photos from the last 12 months to see the things I did in the year.
This year I uplevelled my review process using my ‘Ultimate End Of Year Review’ worksheet.
This is my review of 2023…

A decisive business owner, hard-working, being a role model of consistency – not based on how I feel but on what I’m committed to
A supportive girlfriend/fiance
A caring friend
2. What challenges are you proud of overcoming?
Working through some mindset issues as I move from being very independent to partnering for life and getting engaged
Moving through deeper levels of surrender to what is, letting go of outcomes, and having greater trust

Getting engaged to the love of my life 🙂
4. What are some of your regrets or disappointments from this year?
I wasn’t as mindful as I wanted to be
I didn’t do as much planning as I’d like to
I didn’t create my content in advance as much as I’d like to
Next year I’m putting ‘thinking time’ blocks in:
1 week/twice a year
5. What are some specific skills you developed?
Getting better at content creation
Facilitating group calls
Honing more specific messaging
Tech systems and automation

Starting the week with a mentor session each week
Growing the community
Running Mastermind group calls & our Get It Done Action sessions
Working with Tim, creating systems
Delivering Facebook live videos

8. What are some things you learned about yourself?
It’s important to do things my way and not compare what I’m doing with other people
Stepping into a higher level of awareness and discernment about what works well for me
The importance of being happy with the way I want to do business & live my life
Overall, I’m happy with the progress I made in 2023. I grew and produced a lot and my capacity has increased a lot.
I highly recommend the activity of writing a review. It’s insightful and enjoyable!
Feel free to use this end-of-year review as a guideline to write your own.
