Your program includes the following during the length of the program:

* VIP Online Members Events: Action sessions 2x month + a 1-day or 2-day workshop every quarter
* Q&A Support in the private Inner Circle Facebook Community
* Online Training Portal: with the 8-Module Roadmap & Vault of Business Documents
* For 1-on-1 coaching: as per our privately arranged agreement
Here are the requirements for participation and the terms of this program.
1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
1.1. I recognise the significance of personal accountability in achieving the desired outcomes of this program and will take ownership of my actions, decisions, and achievements. I am dedicated to the process of growth and continuous self-improvement and will remain open to receiving feedback.
1.3. I understand that I can ask questions via email and typically anticipate a response within 1-5 business days unless otherwise advised or during periods of scheduled leave. This is limited to the timeframes of my program and subject to any other terms agreed upon. The expectation of reasonable use applies. If my questions require a more in-depth response, they will be addressed during a coaching session.
1.4. I respect that what is provided in this program is only one piece of the puzzle. If I need more than what is offered, I will reach out for support from other places as well.
1.5. I understand that I can ask for help when I need it by posting my questions in the private Inner Circle Facebook group and via email as per the agreed weekly timeframes.
1.6. Regarding the other group members: I agree I will not give outright advice, try to solicit business, or negatively impact their experience and learning.
1.7. I understand that meaningful change takes time and persistence, and I am willing to embrace the challenges that may arise on this transformative journey. I commit to fully engaging in the coaching process to the best of my ability with dedication and openness. I will share my desired outcomes, aspirations, and challenges during sessions to make the most of the coaching sessions and increase my chances of success.
1.8 For any done-for-you tech support included in your package, you need a marketing platform that includes landing page capabilities or be willing to invest in one. Once we have received your content, you can expect a maximum 3-4 week turnaround period unless otherwise advised. Your deliverables must be received by our tech team within 4 weeks of your onboarding call.
1.9. I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kat Millar and their representatives for any loss or damage I, or my clients, may suffer in any way associated with my participation in this training program or through the use of the tools and techniques taught. Further, I know of no reason why my participation in this program would do me harm in any nature. I authorise Kat Millar, or any affiliate, subsidiary, or agent to use my video footage, materials, name, and images for their purposes & in future promotional materials & products. I acknowledge that all information presented in the program has been obtained solely from their own experiences and is referred to or provided as general information only.
Written permission is required from Kat Millar to reproduce or transmit any part of the program for personal use only.
2. PORTAL ACCESS
Part of your program includes access to a private online Portal, containing a Vault of documents and IP. Receiving access to the Portal comes with responsibility.
Please use the Portal with the care and respect with which it has been created and passed on to you. By showing this commitment, you make and keep the following agreement:
2.1. I understand that I can use The Portal or any intellectual property (IP) of the program for my personal purposes only.
2.2. I understand that the information contained within The Portal and all of the material of Kat Millar is Intellectual Property and is subject to copyright law.
3.3. I will not show any part of The Portal or IP or anything else that Kat Millar shares during my time in the program with anyone who has not purchased the Program.
3. TERMS
3.1. I assume all risk of injury, harm, damage, or loss arising from participation in the program.
3.2. Session cancellations and/or rescheduling need to be made no less than 24 hours before any scheduled session via email – info@katmillar.com. No refunds apply for cancellations made within less than 24 hours, except in emergencies and agreed upon.
3.3. Sessions not scheduled within the length of the program as agreed upon are forfeited.
3.4. I will keep my commitment to the program as discussed and any arranged ongoing payments thereafter until I choose to cancel. I understand that no refunds are issued for payments made under any circumstances after the 3-day cooling-off period.
3.5. Information and guidance provided is general in nature and it is my responsibility to undertake due diligence before making any decisions.
3.6. I agree to participate and contribute according to the needs of the group to the best of my ability. Kat Millar & Amplify Your Influence reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if they are negatively affecting the learning environment of others.
3.7. As part of the program, personal information that is relevant to my situation may be gathered. My information is completely confidential and my details will not be shared.
3.8. You agree the turnaround time for replies, reviews, and feedback is 1-5 business days, though typically replies to questions are sent within 2-3 business days, unless Kat is on leave or has provided prior notice. The expectation of reasonable use applies.

4. Payment
You agree to the Program fees and payment schedule selected at checkout.
If paying by debit card or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card for all fees and charges due and payable to the Company, without any additional authorisation, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. You also agree that the Company is authorised to share any payment information and instructions required to complete the payment transactions with its third-party payment service providers (e.g., credit card transaction processing, merchant settlement, and related services).
If payment is not received when due, the Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program and all Content, as defined below, immediately and permanently.
If you fail to make any payment in a timely manner or voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time or for any reason, you will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Program.
You agree to reimburse the Company for all collection and/or legal fees and expenses necessitated by lateness or default in payment.5. Refunds
Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and providing the Program, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we will not offer refunds for any portion of your Program payment and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing our Program, you understand and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.
All licenses regarding the Content (defined below) provided under these TOU will immediately terminate upon the Company’s granting of a refund if required by law. You shall immediately cease using the Content and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, worksheets, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to Program participants and other resources.
Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine how to address a participant who violates these TOU. Therefore, if a participant disagrees with how the Company addresses another participant and requests a refund, the Company will deny such request.
Furthermore, if a participant violates these TOU, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer the participant another opportunity to abide by these TOU. If a participant disagrees with the Company offering another participant a second opportunity to follow these TOU, no grounds for a participant to receive a refund would be created, and any request for a refund on this basis shall be denied.
If, in the Company’s sole right and discretion, you persist with behaviors or actions that violate these TOU, the Company may terminate your access and participation in the Program without notice and without refund.
The Company may offer additional Program elements for a subgroup of participants, as further discussed in this TOU. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer participation in these additional Program elements to specific participants. If a participant is denied participation in these additional Program elements, no grounds for a participant to receive a refund would be created and any request for a refund on this basis will be denied.
Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these TOU that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Program, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
6. Coach-Client Relationship
The coaching relationship is co-creative, meaning that the coaches and you are equal partners in the coaching session.
a. Your Coaches’ Responsibilities
• Your coach is trained to use communication skills and coaching tools to support you as an equal partner throughout the coaching process.
• Your coach will provide guidance to group participants based on information provided.
• Your coach may answer questions through whatever forum your Program provides, such as via the Company’s website, a social media forum, live event, private message or live group coaching call.
b. Your Responsibilities
• You agree to complete all tasks assigned during the Program, including but not limited to watching or listening to videos, completing worksheets and assignments, and attending coaching sessions.
• You agree that your relationship with the Company is that of a coach-client relationship and that no other professional relationship has been established.
• You agree that the coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, mental or other qualified professional help and you agree to seek professional guidance for such matters, should they arise, independent of the coaching relationship.
7. Your Conduct
The Program is a “pitch-free zone.” You agree you will not pitch, promote, market, or sell any other products, groups, programs, or events to Program participants on any Company website or third-party forums operated by the Company, whether or not officially sanctioned, owned, or operated by the Company. This means you agree not to form, or ask Program participants to join groups on social media or any other platform, or in-person meetups, based on interests or locality. You agree you will not invite Program participants to participate in events, such as a meetup or seminar, without first receiving approval from the Company. You agree not to market promote, or sell products or services to Program participants, unless you are authorised.
