Outdoor fitness training
Yesterday I did some awesome outdoor fitness exercises with my mate Rich. I couldn’t believe how alive I felt afterwards! These exercises really got the blood flowing and the endorphins pumping.
Try them for yourself – I guarantee you’ll feel great afterwards! (maybe slightly shattered, but great!)
Boot camp training
Attending a boot camp is a great way to get fit, burn fat and have fun at the same time. Although I’ve always loved working with one on one clients, team training provides a different and exciting dynamic.

The word Motivation is related to ‘motive’, as in – what is your motive? What result do you want?
In this article I’d like to give some more specific examples of the things I say to myself to help me through the times I don’t ‘feel like’ doing the right thing – in this case, exercising. Again, I believe it comes down to our thinking and our self-talk.
New Years Resolutions
Ahhhhh… New Years Resolutions. This is the time of year where everyone is compelled to think about what they want in life.
We see it every year – especially in the fitness industry; people busting down the doors of the gym to urgently sign up, only to see the gyms return to ‘normal’ levels by the time February rolls round.
