‘When I signed up for the 100km Oxfam trail walker event I had no idea how I was going to get fit enough and strong enough to ever complete this gruelling event.  Being a bit on the overweight side, a bit lazy and not very fit I thought the Les Mills “Look Better Naked” programme sounded fun and like something I would stick to.  Kat made the training fun and pushed us to do things I would never have done left to my own devices.  The training was invaluable not only in strengthening my body but also my mind!
