Boot camp training
Attending a boot camp is a great way to get fit, burn fat and have fun at the same time. Although I’ve always loved working with one on one clients, team training provides a different and exciting dynamic.
They are such an awesome bunch of people and I was thinking about it driving home tonight after the session why boot camps can be so much fun as well as effective and why people are getting great results:
Tabata training
I took my boot campers through a Tabata workout on Saturday and they absolutely kicked butt – I was very impressed with their numbers and was itching to go torture myself at the gym straight afterwards, especially once I’d seen the sheer pain on their faces (#addictedtotraining?!).
