Nic’s 8 week fat loss journey
Nic is an inspiration to me as well as many others! She embarked on my online 8 week fat loss package, and absolutely kicked butt!!

“I’ve been sporty my entire adult life, and I train hard. In fact, it was the end of another triathlon season when I contacted Kat. So why did I decide to send her that email? Although I was fit and in shape, I knew this wasn’t the best I could be. I knew I was often letting my training down by making poor food choices. And I knew from reading Kat’s blog that she was the right person to educate, guide and motivate me to get in my best shape ever. I knew I could do it, I just didn’t know what I should do!
Kat replied to my email within a few hours. Her enthusiasm came across immediately. Yes, she would be happy to train me and yes I could definitely achieve what I wanted. And she was as excited as I was, although we’d never met.
That email contact set the tone for the whole of my 8-week challenge with Kat. Her email support was outstanding: she replied quickly, enthusiastically, answering all my questions and giving me more information than I’d asked for.
In total, Kat sent me more than 25 recipes, 9 training sessions and an eating plan. Far more than she promised. And that’s not mentioning the invaluable tips, advice, product suggestions and ideas on her many emails and texts. I’m not sure what I’d value her 8-week programme at, but it’s far, far more than what I paid!
So I know what you’re really after. Stats! I was in good shape when I started (an amateur triathlete, swimmer and keen gym-goer) but now I am in the best shape of my life. I lost 6.2kgs in total, and 4.1kgs of body fat (retaining almost all of my lean weight). My body fat percentage is down an astounding 5.3%. And, despite being lighter, I’m lifting heavier.
A photographer friend asked me to pose for some physique shots shortly after the end of my 8 weeks with Kat.
Here are some of the shots. I have to thank Kat not only for her training and nutrition guidance throughout the 8 weeks but also for her advice (as a successful Figure competitor) about how to prepare for the photo shoot.
I would recommend Kat to anyone looking for a personal trainer to work with using email support. I feel very glad I sent that email!
