Outdoor fitness training

 

Yesterday I did some awesome outdoor fitness exercises with my mate Rich. I couldn’t believe how alive I felt afterwards! These exercises really got the blood flowing and the endorphins pumping.

 

Try them for yourself – I guarantee you’ll feel great afterwards! (maybe slightly shattered, but great!)

 

 

Sprints

 

Sprint a set distance, record your time – repeat 5x

 

100 rep Body weight circuit – Cardio / Arms / Legs / Abs / Arms / Legs / Abs

 

Burpees x10

 

Tricep dips x20

 

Step ups x20 (switch leading leg half way through)

 

Sit ups x10

 

Press ups x10

 

Squat jumps x10

 

V-Sits x10

 

Record your time. Repeat for a total of 5x – recording your time each time.

 

Your final score is the highest time you did.

 

You can change the order around if you’d prefer to mix it up – we did a different order each time.

 

Hill Sprints

 

Sprint up a hill, run back down then sprint up again.

 

Record your time. Repeat for a total of 5x – recording your time each time.

 

Your final score is the highest time you did.

 

Stair Runs

 

These were awesome until I tripped and landed on my hands on gravel. Not fun, haha oh well it was an awesome workout.
