Hi Kat, how are you doing? I could use your skills to get into shape please. My body is a temple of short term pleasures and I feel as though it could be much better but I just can’t be bothered doing it properly and sticking with it. I have a tall lean physique and a porky waist with a desire to resemble….David Beckham. Or a 28 inch waist, whichever comes first. Please help!!!
