Berry smoothie

A deliciously creamy and refreshing breakfast
Ingredients:
200ml water
100g frozen blueberries
100g frozen raspberries or blackberries
2 ice cubes
150g low fat, natural yoghurt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Pinch Xanthum gum (optional)
Directions:
1. Pour water into jug blender
2. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. The longer you blend, the thicker and full of air it gets – it can seem to double in volume!
3. Drink immediately!
