Creamy berry dessert
If you enjoy something sweet but don’t want it to ruin all your hard work at the gym, try this quick, low fat, tasty dessert!
15g vanilla protein powder
2-3 Tbsp cold water
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
5 drops liquid stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
100g mixed berries e.g. 50g blackberries, 50g raspberries
1 Tbsp flaked (sliced) almonds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. Gradually add water to the protein powder in a bowl. Add the quark and stevia and whip vigorously.
2. Stir in the berries, almonds and cinnamon. I like to freeze it for 5-10 minutes before eating. Indulge – guilt free!
