Creamy berry dessert

If you enjoy something sweet but don’t want it to ruin all your hard work at the gym, try this quick, low fat dessert! I like to freeze it for 5-10 minutes before eating.
Ingredients:
15g vanilla protein powder
2-3 Tbsp cold water
100g quark
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
5 drops liquid stevia (or sweetener of your choice)
100g mixed berries e.g. 50g blackberries, 50g raspberries
1 Tbsp flaked (sliced) almonds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Gradually add water to the protein powder in a bowl. Add the quark and stevia and whip vigorously.
- Stir in the berries, almonds and cinnamon and indulge – guilt free!
